Scope
- This policy applies to subscriptions, packages, or services purchased through official SmaugBrain channels.
- Enterprise contracts, private deployments, or offline agreements may include separate refund terms.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charges, incorrect orders, or technical failures that prevent service activation.
- Orders within an agreed cooling-off window where service quota has not been materially consumed.
- Refunds required by applicable law.
Non-refundable cases
- Orders with substantial usage, completed delivery, custom service activation, or expired refund windows.
- Restrictions caused by violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, service abuse, or account security issues.
Process
- Submit the order number, account email, payment proof, and reason through the contact page.
- We will review requests within a reasonable time and process approved refunds through the original payment method or another agreed method.
